【摘 要】目的：利用两种不同护理方法及护理模式的应用，分析急性心肌梗死患者中优化急诊护理流程应用效果。方法：在本院急诊科所收治急性心肌梗死患者中，抽取60例作为研究群体，并结合护理方法不同分为观察组和对照组，每组组内人数相等。对照组采取常规护理，观察组进行优化急诊护理，对护理后急诊时间、抢救时间和住院时间进行观察。结果：观察组受试者急诊时间、抢救时间和住院时间明显更短一些(P<0.05)，证明有关方法对患者影响积极。结论：优化急诊护理流程在临床急性心肌梗死抢救过程中应用效果较好，明显要优于传统护理方法，可以提高抢救效果和效率。
