【摘 要】目的：讨论体检时护理宣教和随访教育对人群患者的影响。方法：选取2018年10-12月的56例的糖尿病例患者作为观察组;另外的有，选取2019年3-5月53例的同病例患者作为对照组。对观察组进行α-葡萄糖苷酶抑制剂进行治疗并且在观察组的治疗基础上对其进行护理宣教联合随访教育，并且在体检两个月之后对其进行血糖测试，体制测试，饮食测试。结论：体检时护理宣教联合随访教育可以明显帮助患者治疗疾病，改善其身体状况饮食情况及其运动情况。
