【摘 要】目的：探讨赛肤润预防头颈部放射性皮炎的护理方法。方法：选我院50例头颈部放疗患者，随机分为试验组和对照组，分别25例，对照组常规护理措施，试验组则采用赛肤润+综合护理，对比干预效果。结果：试验组患者放射性皮炎发生率、临床治愈时间均优于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：赛肤润联合综合护理措施预防头颈部放射性皮炎效果显。
