【摘 要】目的：探讨LPA2和MPO活性与缺血性脑卒中严重程度之间的关系。方法：采用病例对照研究，选择24小时内发生急性短暂性脑卒中发作或者轻微中风的住院患者做头颅CTA，根据狭窄程度分级，选体检中心血糖血脂血压颈动脉超声都正常的人群做对照，分别检测LPA2MPO，然后做统计分析。结果：对照组、轻度组、中度组、重度组患者间PA2、MPO水平具有明显的组间差异(p<0.05)，其中对照组各项指标水平最低，重度组最高。结论：血浆中Lp-PLA2、MPO水平联合应用能够成为评估缺血性脑卒中患者神经损伤严重程度的指标。
