【摘 要】目的：探讨手法复位结合外固定支架治疗桡骨远端骨折效果。方法：2018年10月-2019年10月桡骨远端骨折患者50例，随机平分为常规组与观察组，采取外固定支架与手法复位结合外固定支架治疗，比较效果。结果：常规组治疗总有效率76%，观察组96%，差异明显(P<0.05)。结论：桡骨远端骨折采取手法復位结合外固定支架，疗效显著。

    Abstract：Objective To explore the effect of manual reduction combined with external fixation in the treatment of distal radius fracture. Methods： from October 2018 to October 2019， 50 patients with distal radius fracture were randomly divided into two groups： the conventional group and the observation group. The patients were treated with external fixation and manual reduction combined with external fixation. Results： the total effective rate was 76% in the routine group and 96% in the observation group (P < 0.05). Conclusion： the treatment of distal radius fracture with manual reduction and external fixation is effective.
