【摘 要】目的：观察米非司酮联合桂枝茯苓胶囊对子宫肌瘤疗效。方法：2018年1-12月166例子宫肌瘤患者，随机分实验组、对比组，实验组加用桂枝茯苓胶囊，对比组米非司酮治疗，比较效果。结果：实验组不良反应发病率、总有效率明显优于对比组(P<0.05).结论：子宫肌瘤在米非司酮治疗基础上，应用桂枝茯苓胶囊治疗效果更高。

    Abstract：Objective To observe the curative effect of mifepristone combined with Guizhi Fuling Capsule on hysteromyoma. Methods： from January to December 2018， 166 cases of hysteromyoma were randomly divided into experimental group and control group. The experimental group was treated with Guizhi Fuling Capsule and the control group was treated with mifepristone. Results： the incidence rate and the total effective rate of the experimental group were significantly better than those of the contrast group (P < 0.05). Conclusion： the treatment of uterine fibroids with mifepristone on the basis of Guizhi Fuling Capsule has higher effect.
