【摘 要】 目的：观察分析归芪地黄汤联合环磷酰胺冲击治疗对系统性红斑狼疮患者的疗效。方法：选取本院收治的50例系统性红斑狼疮患者，按照数字随机表法分为实验组和对照组，每组均为25例。实验组加用归芪地黄汤，比较两组患者治疗效果。结果：治疗后实验组24h尿蛋白水平、血沉水平、ANA滴度明显低于对照组，抗dsDNA阳性率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论：归芪地黄汤联合环磷酰胺冲击治疗对系统性红斑狼疮患者疗效显著。
