【摘 要】 目的：分析评价麻杏石甘汤配合中药贴敷疗法治疗咳嗽变异性哮喘的疗效。方法：将2019年1月到2020年3月这一时段内在我院治疗的咳嗽变异性哮喘患者80例纳入研究，随机分为两组，各40例，对照组给予常规西医治疗，观察组给予麻杏石甘汤配合中药贴敷疗法治疗，对比两组疗效。结果：在治疗总有效率上，观察组为92.50%，高于对照组的80.00%，两组数据差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：麻杏石甘汤配合中药贴敷疗法治疗咳嗽变异性哮喘，疗效显著，值得推广应用。
