【摘要】目的评估微型钛板坚强内固定技术治疗下颌骨骨折的临床疗效。方法对25例下颌骨骨折患者采用微型钛板坚强内固定技术进行治疗,分析临床资料及其临床效果,总结临床应用经验。结果25例中24例软组织创口Ⅰ期愈合,患者口内咬合关系的恢复良好,颌面部外形和咀嚼功能得以恢复,张口度正常,治愈率达94.8%。术后X线片复查骨折愈合良好,均未见钛板或钛钉移位、断裂。结论微型钛板坚强内固定技术,固位稳定性强、效果确切,是治疗颌骨骨折的良好方法,优于传统的颌间结扎固定及钢丝结扎固定。

    CLINICAL APPLICATION OF RIGID INTERNAL FIXATION ON MANDIBULAR FRACTURES

    [Abstract]Objectives: To evaluate the clinical effects of rigid internal fixation using titanium miniplate on the fractures of maxillofacial bone. Methods: Rigid internal fixation using titanium miniplate were adopted to treat 25 patients with mandibular fractures in different site, of which clinical data and clinical effect were analysed. Results: The wounds of soft tissue were healed at primary stage in 24 cases, the total cured rate was 94.8% in this group. X-rays confirmed the satisfactory healing in fracture site. Conclusions: The technique of rigid internal fixation using titanium miniplate is an excellent way to treat maxillofacial fractures, which has the advantages over conventional intermaxillary fixation and wire fixation. ......
