【摘要】目的 观察分析埃及血吸虫病的发病特点,总结其护理要点。方法 回顾性分析28例埃及血吸虫病人的发病相关因素、临床表现及护理方法。结果 全部病例均按期足量完成吡喹酮病原治疗,服药后临床症状缓解消失,住院12±2天痊愈出院。结论 加强对我国援外人员的防治血吸虫病知识宣教,避免感染埃及血吸虫病。为病人提供全方位的护理是促进疾病康复的重要保证。

    【Abstract】Objective To observe and analyze the property of schistosomiasis haematobia and conclude the essential points of nursing. Methods Retrospective analysis on the ralated factors of disease causes, clinical represent and methods of nursing in 28 cases with schistosomiasis haematobia.Results All cases were cured and reliefed by punctual treated with standard dosage Praziquantel( PZQ), and the mean length of staying in hospital is 12±2 days. Conclusion it need to do health education of schistosomiasis haematobia prevention on the abroad labors to avoid infection. And provide omnidirectional nurse to the patients is the ensure of promoting health and recovery. ......
