【摘要】目的 研究高血压脑出血围手术期的护理要点与方法。方法 总结分析我院48例高血压脑出血患者在围手术期的护理问题与措施。结果 48例患者除4理自动出院,其余均为临床治愈出院。结论 高血压脑出血围手术期护理除加强术前护理和术后病情观察之外,还需积极预防并发症的发生和早期功能的锻炼。及时有效的围术期护理是手术成功的关键因素,是患者康复的强有力保障。
