【摘要】 住院医师培养的水平代表医院未来发展的整体医疗水平,本文就基层医院如何加强住院医师培养进行了探讨。认为:强化档案管理;完善考核制度;注重与科室负责人的沟通;引入激励机制;发挥住院医师主观能动性;加强临床能力培养是提高住院医师规范化培养水平的有效途径。

    Exploration and recommendation to strengthen the standardization training of residents in basic hospital

    【Abstract】Level of resident training on behalf of overall medical standards of hospitals in future. How to enhance resident training in the basic hospital are discussed in this article. In this paper,the authors consider: strengthening the management of archives; improving the evaluation system; focus on communication with the department head; t introducing incentive mechanism; playing resident initiative; enhancing clinical ability are an effective way to increase the level of residents standardization’s training.
