依达拉奉治疗PCI疗效观察及护理(1)

【摘要】目的 观察依达拉奉治疗进展性脑梗死(PCI)的疗效及护理要点。方法 对50例PCI患者应用依达拉奉30mg入液静脉滴注，每日2次，连用14天；疏血通注射液8ml入液静脉滴注，每日1次，连用14天，同时进行心理护理和健康教育。在治疗前、后进行欧洲卒中量表(ESS)和Barthel指数(BI)评分，并与单用疏血通的对照组比较，两组均对高血压、糖尿病、高血脂、冠心病予以相应的治疗和防治并发症。结果 两组患者治疗后14d、21d时ESS评分和BI均较治疗前明显增高(p<0.05或p<0.01)，治疗组在治疗14d，21d时ESS评分和BI显著高于对照组(P<0.05)；治疗21d后治疗组的显效率和有效率显著高于对照组(p<0.01)。结论 依达拉奉配合良好的护理措施治疗PCI疗效显著。

Clinical observation of Edaravone combined on treationg progvess cerebral infarction and nursing care

【Abstract】Objective To observe curative effects of Edaravone combined on treating Progress cerebral infarction and nursing care points.Methods 50 patiets with PCI were applied with Edaravone in 30mg into liquid intravenous drip separately twice a day for 14 days,Shuxuetong 8ml were injected into liquid intravenous drip once-daily for 14 days respectively,at the same time,the psychological nursing and heathy education were proceeded.Europe stroke scale(ESS) and Barthel index(BI)level were tested before and after treatment,compared with the patients treated with only Shuxuetong group, Two groups of patients were to high blood pressure,diabetes,high blood fat,coronary atherosclerotic heart disease to the corresponding treatment and prevention of complications. Results The scores of ESS and BI in two groups of pationts on 14th,21th day wer obviously higher than those before treatment (p<0.05 or p<0.01).Treatment group in the treatment of 21 days,14 days respectively,ESS score and BI which were significantly higher than that in the control group (p<0.05).21 days after treatment,the treatment group of significant efficiency and efficient remarkable higher than that in control group(p<0.01).Conclusion Curative effects of Edaravone in combination and nursing care are remarkable on PCI.
