尼尔雌醇配伍米索前列醇用于绝经5年以上妇女取器术中的临床应用(1)

【摘要】目的 探讨绝经后妇女取器术前宫颈准备2种方法的效果。方法 收集绝经后5年以上妇女取器216例相关资料，分成2组，A组：术前2周、1周各顿服尼尔雌醇2mg，qd，总量4mg，手术当日术前2小时舌下含化米索前列醇0.4mg。B组：术前2周、1周各顿服尼尔雌醇2mg,qd，总量4mg。结果 A组宫颈软化程度最好，均顺利取器，手术时间短，腹痛轻，出血少。B组次之，部分取器困难。两组宫口扩张大小，手术时间及成功率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 尼尔雌醇配伍米索前列醇用于绝经后5年以上妇女取器可提高手术成功率，减轻手术痛苦且安全、有效，副反应少，可作为绝经后妇女取器的术前用药。

【Abstract】Objective Explore postmenopausal women take implement preoperative cervical preparation of two methods effect. 绝经后妇女因为卵巢功能衰退，雌激素水平低下，生殖器官发生一系列的退行性改变，出现子宫、宫颈萎缩，穹窿消失，导致宫内节育器取出困难、甚至失败。通常认为妇女闭经6-12个月子宫尚未萎缩，为最佳最器时间。以往研究表明，不知绝经后需取器以及惧怕取器是绝经后未及时取器的主要原因。为探讨尼尔雌醇、米索前列醇用于绝经后5年以上取器妇女的效果(5年以内一般能及时取出)，本站将绝经后5年以上取器妇女216例分为2组，观察用药后宫颈软化、扩张程度、取器的情况报告如下：
