【摘要】目的 探讨天龙虫草百部胶囊治疗肺结核的疗效及安全性。方法 将284例结核病患者随机分为治疗组和对照组，治疗组165例，给予天龙虫草百部胶囊治疗；对照组118例，给予常规抗痨治疗。并系统观察了患者的临床症状的改善情况。结果 治疗组总有效率8.79%。对照组总有效率70.33%。说明两组有明显差异。治疗组明显优于对照组。结论 龙虫草百部胶囊治疗肺结核有较好的疗效，且临床无毒副作用。

    【Abstract】Objective This research observes the clinical curative effect of the gecko Cordyceps sinensis Stemonasoup Methods 284 patients of TB were randomly divided into two groups (treatment group & control group). 165 patients in Treatment group were given gecko cordyceps sinensis Stemonasoup. 118 patients in Treatment group were given conventional anti-tuberculosis treatment,The author systematically observed the influence the improvement of clinical symptom. the treatment group showed the total effectiveness was 98.79%.
