【摘要】目的 通过对静脉留置针两种不同封管方法产生的效果进行比较，为临床护理提供高效的封管方式，以提高护士的工作效率。方法 选择2010年12月在我院内科住院治疗的200例患者，随机分为观察组和对照组各100例，观察组运用脉冲式正压封管；对照组则以常规缓慢均匀推注法封管，观察两组留置针封管后回血及堵管情况。结果 观察组回血例数显著少于对照组(P<0.05)；观察组发生堵管例数显著少于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 静脉留置针采用脉冲式正压封管效果明显优于常规缓慢均匀推注法封管，解除了患者重复置管的痛苦，护理工作的满意度得到提升，提高了护士的工作效率。

【Abstract】 Objective Of the intravenous catheter tube closure in two different ways to compare the effect produced for the clinical care of the sealed tube to provide efficient ways to increase the efficiency of the nurses. Methods In December 2010 in my hospital inpatient treatment of 200 patients were randomly divided into two groups and control group 100 patients in the observation group using a sealed tube pulse pressure; The control group injected Zeyi conventional method even slow closure tube, Sealed tubes were observed after catheter blood and plugging back to the situation. Results Of blood back to the observation group were significantly less than the number of patients in control group (P <0.05); Observation group had a significant number of patients plugging than the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion The intravenous catheter sealed tube with positive pressure pulse is superior to conventional injection method slow and even a sealed tube,Lifting the suffering of patients with repeat catheterization, Nursing job satisfaction would be enhanced and improved the efficiency of the nurses.

静脉留置针因可以解除患者承受反复静脉穿刺的痛苦，并能提高护士工作效率，更为抢救危重患者赢得了宝贵的时间而逐渐替代了头皮针，成为临床输液的主要工具。在确保患者安全、舒适的前提下，为了使静脉留置针能有效维持3～5天，正确的封管是关键，现将两种静脉留置针的封管方法产生的效果比较如下。
1 资料与方法
1.1 对象 选择2010年12月入住内科的患者200例，随机分为观察组和对照组各100例。观察组男61例，女39例，年龄18～78岁；对照组男57例，女43例，年龄19～78岁。两组性别、年龄经X2检验，差异无显著性意义(P>0.05)，两组患者一般情况具有可比性。
1.2 使用工具 均使用威海杰瑞医用制品有限公司生产的一次性使用静脉留置针，留置针型号为24G×19mm/Y-G ......
