【摘要】目的 评估肩锁关节完全性脱位不同手术方法的疗效。方法 手术治疗肩锁关节完全性脱位68例，其中应用锁骨钩钢板内固定36例，改良Weaver-Dunn手术重建喙锁韧带32例。结果 所有患者均获得随访，随访时间6-36个月。应用Karlsson评分标准对疗效进行评定，总优良率90.7%。结论 手术治疗肩锁关节完全性脱位能够取得满意的疗效，改良Weaver-Dunn手术疗效最佳。

    Retrospective Analysis of Surgical Treatment of Acromioclavicular Dislocation

    【Abstract】Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of surgical treatment of complete acromioclavicular dislocation . Method 68 cases all were treated with operation, 36 cases of them with clavicle hook plate, 32 cases with modified Weaver-Dunn operation. Result All the patients were followed up for 6 to 36 months. According to Karlsson’s grading, the rates of excellent and good Results were 90.7% in the cases. Conclusion The satisfied effect could be obtained with surgical treatment and the modified Weaver-Dunn operation is the best method to treat complete acromioclavicular dislocation
