【摘要】目的 探讨腹腔镜下肾切除术的手术配合。方法 回顾分析我院 2006年3月至2010年3月40例腹腔镜下肾切除术的病例资料。结果 经术前术后充分准备与护理，患者手术顺利，术后无并发症。结论 手术室护士娴熟的技能是医护密切配合的关键，是腹腔镜下肾切除术成功的保证。

    【Abstract】Objective To evaluate the cooperation with surgery of laparoscopic nephrectomy. Methods Retrospective analysis of 40 cases of laparoscopic nephrectomy in our hospital from March 2006 to March 2010. Results Surgeries are successful and the patients have no postoperative complications because of the preoperative and postoperative full preparations and cares. Conclusion The skills of the nurse in operating room are key tothe cooperation between the doctor and the nurse. The skills are also a guarantee of success of laparoscopic nephrectomy.
