【摘要】目的 胎膜早破是产科较常见的并发症，回顾78例胎膜早破的护理病例，探讨对胎膜早破孕产妇进行有较的护理的重要性。方法 对78例胎膜早破进行分析，进行预防和护理。结果 78例胎膜早破患者无一例产妇产褥期感染,新生儿1例发生肺透明膜死亡和1例因肺出血家属放弃治疗死亡。结论 通过对胎膜早破患者进行严密的观察和护理,同时做产前检查,积极预防,依据情况终止操作可减少并发症的发生。现将我院收治78例胎膜早破患者的临床观察及护理体会总结如下：

    【Abstract】Objectivepremature rupture of membranes is more common obstetric complications, 78 cases of premature rupture of membranes nursing review cases of premature rupture of membranes of maternal care have more of importance. Methods analysis of 78 cases of premature rupture of membranes, prevention and care. Results None of 78 patients with premature rupture of membranes in patients with maternal postpartum infections, neonatal hyaline membrane in 1 case and 1 case of death of family members to give up treatment because of pulmonary hemorrhage died. Conclusion Through close observation of patients with premature rupture of membranes and care, while prenatal examination, positive prevention, based on termination to reduce the incidence of complications operation.
