【摘要】 随着社会发展，人类对健康的意识、维权意识及自我保护意识的提高，随之而来的护患纠纷也逐年上升，所以加强护患纠纷的预防，尽可能把护患纠纷消灭在萌芽状态，护患有效沟通，越来越受到人们的重视，以成为护理工作的一项专业技术，认识和理解护患沟通的内涵显得很重要，良好的护患沟通是减轻患者身心痛苦的需要，是促进护患之间理解和支持，是提高护理效果的需要，更是构建和谐社会的需要。要想成为一名让患者满意的护理人员，就应以患者为中心，增强服务意识、深化基础护理管理，充实护理理念内涵，提高职业使命感，真正做到“呵护生命从规范做起、关爱患者从服务做起、奉献社会从诚信做起”。
