【摘 要】目的 探讨赛霉胺治疗难治性压疮的效果。方法 2007年1 月至2010年3 月我科室对收治入院时带入压疮的21 例患者共33 处难治性压疮应用赛霉胺进行了治疗和护理。结果 33 处难治性压疮治疗最长时间为48d ,最短6d ,平均18.4d ，全部治愈。结论 赛霉胺用于治疗难治性压疮，配合综合干预治疗效果良好。

    The Saimei’an used in the treatment of intractable pressure ulcers and its nursing observation

    【Abstract】Objective Discussion the effect of the Saimei’an’s treatment on the Intractable pressure ulcers. Methods During January 2007 to March 2010,there are 21 cases of the Intractable pressure ulcers patients with a total of 33 pressure ulcers in our department,we treat them with Saimei’an and give them care nursing. Results The total of 33 pressure ulcers in our department are cured completely,the longest 48 days, the shortest 6 days,on the average of 18.4 days. Conclusion It’s a excellent effect to use Saimei’an in treating the Intractable pressure ulcers in the general intervention.
