儿科护理不良事件44例的原因分析及防范措施

【摘要】目的 分析和探讨儿科护理中常见的不良事件的原因以及相应的防范措施。方法 统计分析我院儿科在2007年1月-2010年12月发生的44例儿科护理不良事件，选取同时期的44例儿科护理资料进行对比分析，查找它们的共性原因，并据此制定相应的防范止策略。结果 ①给药错误5例(11.36% ，5/44)，处理医嘱错误13例(29.54% ，13/44)，头皮刮伤4例(9.10%，4/44)，滴速过快6例(13.63%，6/44，)，不严格交接班4(9.10%，4/44),坠床4例(9.10%，4/44)，锐器伤5例(11.36%，5/44)，护士被打3例(6.81%，3/44)；②不良事件原因：核心制度执行不到位22例(50.0%，22/44,)，责任心不强9例(20.45%，9/44)，沟通技巧欠缺5例(11.36%，5/44)，违反操作规程4例(9.10%，4/44)，技术水平低2例(4.545%，2/44)，慎独意识不足2例(4.545%，2/44)。结论 增强儿科安全护理理念，培训护士沟通技巧，严格落实查对制度，构建共同参与的护理查对制度，严格护理人员的管理，配备充足人力资源等这些措施可以有效防范儿科护理不良事件。

【Abstract】ObjectiveTo analyze and discuss common pediatric cause of adverse events and the corresponding preventive measures. Methods Statistical analysis of pediatric hospital in January 2007 -2010 occurred on Dec. 44 cases of pediatric adverse events, select the same period, 44 cases of pediatric nursing data were analyzed to find their common cause, and accordingly develop appropriate only preventive strategy. Results ① medication errors in 5 cases (11.36%, 5 / 44), treatment prescription errors in 13 cases (29.54%, 13/44), scratch the scalp in 4 cases (9.10%, 4 / 44), dropping speed too fast 6 cases (13.63%, 6 / 44,), not strictly shift change 4 (9.10%, 4 / 44), falling-bed and 4 (9.10%, 4 / 44), sharp injuries in 5 cases (11.36%, 5 / 44 ), the nurse was beaten three cases (6.81%, 3 / 44); ② cause of adverse events: the implementation of the core systems in place in 22 cases (50.0%, 22/44,), sense of duty in 9 cases (20.45%, 9 / 44), lack of communication skills in 5 cases (11.36%, 5 / 44), in violation of operating procedures in 4 cases (9.10%, 4 / 44), low level of technology in 2 (4.545%, 2 / 44), 2 cases of lack of awareness Cautiousness (4.545%, 2 / 44). Conclusion The concept of enhanced pediatric safety of care, training, communication skills of nurses, and strictly implement the checking system, construct a check to participate in the care system, strict management of nursing staff, with adequate human resources, etc. These measures can effectively prevent pediatric adverse events.
