【摘要】职业康复是工伤康复的最终目标,对促进工伤职工重返工作岗位有重大意义。本文介绍我院职业康复方法,即通过应用职业调查、咨询与指导，职业培训与评估,开发工伤职业潜能,在此过程中使其改善身体运动功能、提高生活的自信心、掌握职业技能重返工作岗位、重返社会。并对我院职业康复进行了展望。

    【Abstract】Vocational Rehabilitation is the final goal of work injury rehabilitation, it have great significance in promote the workers with injuries to return to work. This paper introduces the Vocational Rehabilitation services application in Guangdong Provincial Work Injury Rehabilitation Hospital, include vocational investigation, counseling and guidance, vocational assessment and training. Vocational Rehabilitation aims to develop potentialities of the injury workers, improve the body motor function, the self-confidence, to master the vocational skills and return to work and return to society. And this paper also prospects on the Vocational Rehabilitation services application in our hospital.
