【摘要】目的 探讨老年患者行化疗治疗期间出现静脉炎的预防和护理措施。方法 对我院2009年1月~2010年6月收治的129例行化疗治疗的老年患者资料进行回顾性分析，总结其中的静脉炎预防方法，并提出相应的护理对策。结果 129例静脉炎患者经过我院的良好护理，仅10例患者出现静脉炎，其症状较轻，通过及时的治疗和护理后患者均痊愈。结论 化疗的患者容易在治疗过程中出现静脉炎，需要护士加强护理工作，以防止此种情况的出现。

    【Abstract】Objective To study the elderly patients during chemotherapy treatment of phlebitis prevention and care measures. Methods From January 2009 - June 2010 admitted 129 patients received chemotherapy treatment in elderly patients were retrospectively analyzed, summarized one of phlebitis prevention methods, and propose nursing. Results of 129 cases of phlebitis in patients after a good hospital care, only 10 patients had phlebitis, the symptoms less severe, treatment and care through timely after the patients were cured. Conclusion chemotherapy in the treatment of patients likely to occur during phlebitis requires nurses to enhance care, to prevent this from happening.
