五改四后预防医学专业内科学教学内容及其测量指标的研究(1)

     【摘要】新疆医科大学预防医学系始建于1978年,是一所集教学和科研于一体的院系。近30多年来,预防医学系在办学思想和教学改革方面积极探索,已成为向新疆和全国各省市培养预防医学专门人才的摇篮。2007年,预防医学专业本科由五年制改为四年制。本次调查研究从内科学教学内容、考试大纲、实习大纲、考试试卷难易程度、成绩分析及专家同行和学生评教等方面对该专业五年制与四年制进行比较,发现在学制减少一年的同时,两者在内科学教学内容、考试大纲、实习大纲、考试试卷难易程度等方面均无显著差异,而两者在学生专业知识的掌握与运用和同行、专家及学生评教等方面有显著差异。

    Research the teaching content and measure indicators of internal medicine in Preventive medicine after five years educational system to four years educational system

    【Abstract】The preventive medicine of Xinjiang Medical University was founded in 1978, containing teaching and researching. In recent 30 years, the preventive medicine explore positively in the thought of running a school and the reform of teaching, it has become a cradle of training the talent of preventive medicine for Xinjiang Province and other provinces of the country. In 2007, the educational system in undergraduate of preventive medicine was changed from five years to four years. Compared the differences of five years educational system with four years educational system in teaching content of internal medicine, examination outline, practice outline, difficulty of test papers, score analysis and the evaluation of teaching in experts, colleagues and students in this research. And founded that there have no differences in teaching content of internal medicine, examination outline, practice outline and difficulty of test paper. And founded that there have significant differences in score analysis and the evaluation of teaching in experts, colleagues and students.

    1 学制改革背景与目的

    新疆医科大学预防医学系始建于1978年,该系具有优良的教学设施和雄厚的师资力量。该系除了承担预防医学专业全日制本科培养外,还承担着硕士生和博士生的培养,为新疆乃至全国培养了大批高级预防医学专门人才。自2007年起,预防医学专业全日制本科教育由五年制改为四年制(简称五改四)。

    此次学制的改革在预防医学教学过程中,要按社会发展和对人才的需求,不断地瞄准不同层次的培养目标和培养要求,有效地实施教学课程改革和教学内容的更新。本专业按照新的教学理念,结合和不断调整专业培养与人才市场的需求,通过对预防医学基础理论、临床医学概论、公共基础科目及其他相关学科的学习,要求达到熟练掌握预防医学基本知识,掌握基本临床医学、基础医学理论与技能,毕业后能够从事疾病预防控制中心、卫生监督所、卫生部、及预防医学教学及医学科学研究等工作。本文将着重对我校五年制预防医学专业学生四年完成学业的合理性及可行性进行探讨 ......
