【摘要】目的 探讨PD患者主要NMS的发生率及临床表现。方法 采用NMS筛查表对74例PD患者的NMS的发生率进行调查，分析性别、年龄、病程及病情等对主要的NMS发生的影响。结果 具有PD-NMS中任意一种症状的发生率为100%，发生率最高的NMS是睡眠障碍(75.6%)，男性患者尿频发生率高于女性患者(x2=5.248，P<0.05)， 病程大于5年的患者尿频发生率高于病程小于5年的患者(x2=15.26，P<0.05)，早、中及晚期PD患者多汗及疼痛症状差别有显著性，(x2=8.271，6.295，P<0.05)。结论 PD患者NMS发生极其普遍，睡眠障碍发生率最高，尿频较常见，且性别及病程是尿频的重要影响因素，随着病情的进展，疼痛及多汗症状更为显著。
