不同仪器角膜曲率测量计算人工晶体屈光度的准确性

     【摘要】目的 研究手动角膜曲率计和角膜地形图两种仪器测量角膜曲率的差异,及其在白内障人工晶体屈光度计算的准确性。方法 拟施行白内障超声乳化摘除联合人工晶体植入术的患者86例(124眼),应用两种角膜曲率仪术前分别测量角膜曲率及计算人工晶体屈光度,并对这些测量参数进行统计学分析。结果 手动角膜曲率计、角膜地形图仪两种仪器测得的平均角膜屈光力、最大角膜屈光力、最小角膜屈光力、散光度数及计算人工晶体屈光度之间, 无显著性差异。但散光轴位测量结果差异有统计学意义。结论 两种角膜曲率测量仪均可用于白内障手术术前测量,在人工晶体屈光度的计算中,数据可靠,准确性好。

    【Abstract】Objective To evaluate the differences of two types of manual keratometry and corneal topography in the measurement of corneal curvature. The accuracy in predicting postoperative refraction and the reproducibility of each biometry measurement were also estimated in a prospective study of eyes that underwent phacoemulsification with intraocular lens implantation.Methods Preoperative measurement of corneal curvature was prospectively obtained in 124 eyes of 86 subjects with two types of keratometry, prospective refractive outcomes were obtained. Corneal refractive powers in mean values, corneal refractive powers in maximum axis, corneal refractive powers in minimum axis, the measured degree of axis and prospective refractive outcomes had been analysized using SPSS 13.0.Results There were no significant differences in measuring degrees of corneal refractive powers using two different types of keratometry, including mean values, maximum axis and minimum axis, corneal astigmatism and prospective refractive outcomes (P>0.05). But there was significant difference between manual keratometry and corneal topography for the axis values of corneal astigmatism (P<0.01).Conclusions Both of the two methods are effective in measuring corneal refractive powers and are reliable in calculating the power of intraocular lens. ......
