【摘要】目的 探讨经尿道前列腺汽化电切术后尿道狭窄预防与治疗。方法 对46例TUVP术后并发尿道狭窄患者行扩张、冷刀切开、电切术、绿激光切开等方法治疗。结果 本组45例治愈，1例行膀胱造瘘治疗。结论 TUVP术后发生尿道狭窄早发现早治疗多可通过定期扩张治愈。效差者可通过冷刀切开、电切割、绿激光治疗，术中减少尿道损伤，切除腺体彻底，积及控制感染多可减少狭窄发生。

    【Abstract】Objective To explore the urethra prostate vaporization electricity cut postoperative urethral stricture prevention and treatment.Methods 46 cases of the prostatic urethra vaporization electricity cut the follow-up urethral stricture patients were done expansion, cold knife to slice, electricity cut method, green laser cut method treatment. Results 45 cases were cured group,1 routine bladder colostomy treatment.Conclusions Transurethral prostate vaporization electricity cut occurred after urethral stricture early found early treatment can be more through regular expansion cured.Effect of cold knife to slice through dealing, electric cutting, green laser treatment, intraoperative urethral injury reduction, resection glands thoroughly, accumulate and control infection can reduce stenosis occured. ......
