【摘要】变应性鼻炎是变应原作用于机体导致的IgE 介导的鼻黏膜免疫反应，变应原检测在变应性鼻炎的诊治中有重要地位。本文对变应原的检测在变应性鼻炎诊治中的应用作一综述。
