【摘要】病案质量是医疗质量中重要一部分，病案质量存在的问题，不但影响医院的经济利益，也会破坏医院的形象，危及医院的生存和发展。因此，新建的民营综合医院要占领市场打造出自己的品牌，必须加强病案质量管理。如何提高病案书写的内涵质量，成为医院质量管理者迫切需要解决的重要问题之一。本文就我院病案质量管理作简要阐述，探讨建院初期如何建立建全病案管理和工作制度，实现病案的规范化管理。

    【Abstract】Medical record quality is a crucial part of medical quality. Problems which exist in medical records will not only impact the economic interests of hospitals but also damage the image of hospitals and threaten the survival and development of hospitals. Therefore, to dominate the market and create their own brands, the newly-established private-owned general hospitals must strengthen the medical record quality control. How to improve medical quality becomes one of the important and pressing issues that should be solved by quality control managers of hospitals. This paper presents briefly medical record quality control of our hospital, discusses the methods of setting up and perfecting entire medical record management system at the initiate stage of hospital establishment, and achieves medical record standardization management. ......
