【摘要】目的 探讨急性心力衰竭临床诊治方法与治疗经验。方法 对我院2009年6月—2010年6月收治的50例急性心力衰竭患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析，给予心电监护，一般治疗与药物治疗相结合。结果 本组50例患者中，有效38例，总有效率76.0%；无效9例，无效率18.0%；死亡3例，病死率6.0%。结论 制订合理的治疗措施，积极地对症及对因治疗，最大限度地减少死亡的发生 改善患者的预后。

    【Abstract】Objective Power failure, acute diagnosis and treatment of clinical experience with the treatment. Method Our hospital in June 2009 -2010 in June of 50 patients with acute heart failure admitted to the clinical data were retrospectively analyzed, given ECG, general treatment combined with drug therapy. Result The group of 50 patients, effective in 38 cases, the total effective rate 76.0%; 9 cases, the inefficiency of 18.0%; 3 patients died, mortality 6.0%.
