【摘要】文章描述在一起无证行医致人死亡案件的调查处理过程中遇到的实际问题，思考 “乡村医生”非法行医性质的界定以及案件因果关系的“鉴定主体”的确定等内容，旨在探索卫生监督机构在乡医监督管理中具体违法行为的判断，逐步健全案件移送过程中的相关联系协调机制，确保案件公正、稳妥、有效解决，减少推诿、低效现象的发生，促进卫生法制建设。

    【Abstract】the paper describes the practical problems that were encountered in investigating an unlicensed medical practice, and reflect how to define the quality of illegal medical practice and how to determine the testimony subject of the causality.
