曲安奈德与糜蛋白酶连用行中耳灌注治疗55例分泌性中耳炎的临床观察(1)

【摘要】目的 观察和探讨曲安奈德联合糜蛋白酶在用中耳灌注治疗法的临床疗效。方法 采用对比法，选取某院临床收治的分泌性中耳炎患者55例，其中男32例，女23例，最大年龄64岁，最小年龄8岁，平均年龄36岁，病史3~ 12月, 平均6~1.2月，随机两组，分别是治疗组23例和对照组22例，对照组鼓室内注射地塞米松，治疗组使用曲安奈德联合糜蛋白行酶鼓膜穿刺加压灌注法治疗，治疗组先行鼓室穿刺抽液,再注入曲安奈德40mg和糜蛋白酶30 mg；对照组在鼓室穿刺抽液后注入地塞米松5 mg。两组患者每周治疗一次,4 周为一疗程,治疗后随访半年，观察两组的治疗效果并作统计学分析。结果 治疗组痊愈8例,有效12例,总有效率为86.9%(20/23);对照组痊愈4例,有效10例,总有效率为63.6%(14/22) ,治疗组总有效率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义( P<0.05)。两组患者均未出现毒副作用。结论 于对照组相比，曲安奈德联合糜蛋白酶治疗分泌系中耳炎有良好的效果，且没有毒副作用，值得临床推广使用。

【Abstract】Objective To observe and study of triamcinolone acetonide combined with chymotrypsin in the middle ear perfusion therapy clinical efficacy. MethodsThe contrast, selected clinical admitted to a hospital 55 patients with secretory otitis media, including 32 males and 23 females, maximum age 64 years, minimum age 8 years, mean age 36 years, history of 3 to 12 months, average 6 to 1.2 months, two groups randomly, 23 patients were treated and the control group, 22 patients in the control group intratympanic dexamethasone treatment group, combined with triamcinolone acetonide line Mi protein enzyme treatment of tympanic membrane puncture perfusion pressure, treatment tympanic puncture fluid group first, and then injected triamcinolone acetonide 40mg and chymotrypsin 30 mg; the control group after a puncture fluid in the middle ear into the dexamethasone 5 mg.
