【摘要】目的 探讨体外冲击波碎石术治疗输尿管结石的疗效。 方法 对我院应用B超定位体外冲击波碎石(ESWL)治疗的745例输尿管结石患者的资料进行回顾性总结。结果 总碎石成功率是97.2%，无严重并发症。结论 ESWL 仍应作为治疗输尿管结石的首选方法，因其具有定位准确，成功率高，组织损伤小，无严重的并发症等特点。

    【Abstract】Objective To evaluate extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy treatment of ureteral calculi. Methods B-positioning our hospital extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy (ESWL) treatment of 745 cases of ureteral stones were retrospectively reviewed the data. Results The overall success rate was 97.2% gravel, no serious complications. Conclusion ESWL as a treatment for ureteral stones should still be the preferred method because of its positioning accuracy, the success rate, tissue damage, no serious complications and so on.
