【摘要】目的 保障母婴安全，杜绝产科医疗缺陷的发生，提高产科医疗质量。方法 对我科2011年上半年发生的4例医疗缺陷进行临床分析，查找原因，并制定相关的防范措施。结果 经过加强安全医疗知识培训，合理排班，严格落实各项规章制度，近期医疗缺陷发生率明显降低。结论 加强安全医疗意识，提高医护业务素质，健全各项管理制度，是防范医疗缺陷发生的有效途径。

    【Abstract】Objective To protect the mother and child safety, to prevent the occurrence of obstetric care deficiencies, improve the quality of obstetric care. MethodsThe subjects in the first half of 2011 occurred in four cases clinical analysis of medical defects, find the cause and development of relevant preventive measures. Results After strengthening the security of medical knowledge and training, reasonable scheduling, and strictly implement the rules and regulations, recent medical defects were significantly reduced. Conclusions Medical awareness to enhance safety and improve the quality of health care services, improve the management system is to prevent an effective way of medical defects.
