【摘要】目的 探讨老年心血管疾病患者的心理护理体会。方法 回顾性分析我院2009年1月—2010年1月收治的老年心血管患者患者358例的临床资料。将其随即分为两组，观察组和对照组，每组患者均为179例。对照组患者只使用常规护理手段进行治疗。观察组患者在常规护理基础上，结合患者的心理情况，予以有针对性的的心理护理。比较两组疗效上的不同。结果 在治疗后异常情绪方面相比较，观察组疗效明显优于对照组，差异具有显著统计学意义(P<0.01)。观察组在不良心理改善例数上明显优于对照组，差异具有显著统计学意义(P<0.01)。观察组在住院时间上与对照组相比，差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 根据老年心血管疾病患者的心理情绪、客观条件等因素,对每一位患者制定个性化的心理护理措施，无论对改善患者心理还是加快患者身体恢复上均具有确切的疗效，在临床中值得推广。

【Abstract】Objective Cardiovascular disease in elderly patients with psychological nursing. Methods A retrospective analysis of our hospital in January 2009 -2010 in January were treated patients with 358 cases of elderly patients with cardiovascular clinical data. It then divided into two groups, the observation group and control group patients were 179 cases. Control group of patients using only conventional means of treatment care. The patients in routine care, based on the combination of the patient's psychological situation, to be targeted for psychological care. Compare the efficacy of the different groups. Results After treatment, abnormal emotional compared to the observation group significantly better than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.01). In the observation group to improve the number of cases on adverse psychological than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.01). Hospitalization time in the observation group compared with control group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion elderly patients with cardiovascular disease according to psychological and emotional, objective conditions and other factors, for every patient to develop individualized psychological care measures, whether to improve or accelerate the mental patients to restore the patient's body has a definite effect on both the clinical worth promoting.
