【摘要】目的 总结颅脑损伤患者的早期急救、动态观察及护理，探讨有效的急救护理措施。方法 回顾性分析我科163例开放性颅脑损伤患者的临床资料，并观察分析院前急救护理实施的效果。结果 163例颅脑损伤病人经院前急救24例现场死亡,2例转运途中及急诊室抢救无效死亡,其余均安全送往医院救治。结论 快速有效的院前急救护理措施为急性颅脑损伤患者抢救赢得了宝贵时间,有助于减少并发症的发生,降低病死率。

    【Abstract】Objective To know the effect of pre-hospital emergency care for patients with cranio-cerebral injury. Methods Retrospective analized the clinical condition of 163 patients with cranio-cerebral injury to know the effect of pre-hosptial emergency cares. Results 24 of them die in accident scene ,2 of them die in the way to sickroom, the rest were sent to hospital safely. Conclusions Effective pre-hospital emergency care is very important for patients with acute eranio-cerebral injury, which can avoid certain complications and reduce dead rate.
