【摘要】目的 探讨环孢素联合骨化三醇和达那唑治疗低增生性MDS的疗效。方法 对我院2000年-2011年明确诊断的10例低增生性的MDS患者进行回顾性分析，研究治疗对患者生存质量和生存周期的影响。结果 有效率90% 缓解率50%。结论 环孢素联合骨化三醇和达那唑可以明显提高低增生性MDS的疗效，改善患者的生活质量，延长生存期。

    Cyclosporine A joint calcitriol and danazol treatment low proliferative myelodysplastic syndrome curative effect analysis

    【Abstract】the objective to study the cyclosporine joint ossification three and danazol treatment low proliferative MDS curative effect. Methods from 2000 to 2011, diagnosis of 10 cases of patients with low proliferative MDS were retrospectively analyzed, research and treatment on survival quality and the influence of survival period. Results the effective rate was 90% remission rate was 50%. Conclusion cyclosporine joint ossification three and danazol can obviously increase the curative effect of low proliferative MDS, improve the quality of life of the patients, prolonging the survival time. ......
