【摘要】目的 PKP在治疗骨质疏松性椎体骨折的临床效果。方法 对30例(32椎)骨质疏松性椎体骨折的患者进行PKP治疗。结果 本组病例均取得成功，无椎管内渗漏，椎间盘渗漏1例，无严重的神经症状和致命的肺栓塞等致命并发症发生。结论 PKP手术时间短，创伤小可迅速缓解疼痛，疗效确切，具有很好的临床应用价值。

    【Abstract】Objective PKP in the treatment of osteoporotic vertebral fractures results. Methods 30 patients (32 vertebrae) vertebral fractures in osteoporotic patients with PKP treatment. Results The patients were a success, no leakage of the spinal canal, disc leakage in 1 case, no severe neurological symptoms and fatal pulmonary embolism and other deadly complications. Conclusions PKP surgery a short time, trauma small can quickly relieve pain and effective, with good clinical value.
