【摘要】目的 通过生物安全二级实验室设计和建设的研究以及使用过程出现的问题，总结了地市级疾病预防控制中心二级生物安全实验室的建设等级、平面布局等方面应注意的问题。结果 从地市级生物安全实验室建设的实用性、平面设计、通风系统、设备备用、竣工检测方面提出了意见和建议。
