【摘要】目的 观察深Ⅱ0-Ⅲ0混合烧伤创面削痂后应用自体皮移植治疗的临床疗效。方法 对126例烧伤患者以深Ⅱ°-Ⅲ0混合创面在3-5 天内实施削痂手术, 然后切取自体刃厚皮和大张中厚皮移植修复。结果 患者术后3周创面愈合率在95%以上，经1-2年随访，供、受皮区未见明显瘢痕或瘢痕轻微，四肢关节无功能影响或影响较小。结论 对深Ⅱ°-Ⅲ0混合烧伤创面采取早期削痂植皮可以取得良好的临床疗效。

    Early tangential excision and skin grafting in deep Ⅱ°-Ⅲ° mixed burn wound treatment efficacy

    【Abstract】Objective To observe the deepⅡ°-Ⅲ0 mixed burn wound eschar shaving after application of autologous skin transplantation in the treatment of clinical efficacy. Methods 126 cases of burn patients with deep second degree of 0 mixed wound in 3～5 days, tangential excision operation, then cut from the body split thickness skin and large medium thickness skin graft. Results patients 3 weeks after wound healing rate in 95% above, the 1-2 years of follow-up, for, by the skin area and see the end obvious scar or scar minor, limb joints without functional or less impact. Conclusion the deep second degree-third degree burn wounds of mixed by early tangential excision and skin grafting can obtain good clinical curative effect. ......
