【摘要】通过急性外伤手术患者的心理护理，使他们能有效地应对疾病，改变影响认知的心态和行为，帮助患者消除心理危机，解除疑虑，坚定信心，接受和配合手术治疗。心理护理是护理人员在护理过程中以科学理论为指导，以良好的人际关系为基础，与患者交往。纠正患者的不良心理状态和行为，促使患者康复，从而发挥护理的最佳作用。护理人员在护理过程中应注意自己的言行举止，尊重患者，保护患者隐私，大方得体，给患者留下良好的印象，使心理护理更加成功，保证治疗、手术和康复的顺利进行。
