【摘要】目的 分析在孕早期通过阴道超声鉴别诊断间质部妊娠和宫角妊娠的意义。方法 整理2010年4月—2010年12月孕早期实施阴道超声检查的孕妇资料，其中判定为宫角妊娠或者间质部妊娠的孕妇19例，分析其超声表现。结果 与手术、病理检查结果对比，11例判定为间质部妊娠的孕妇中有8例确诊，其余3例为误诊(属于宫角妊娠)，确诊率为80%(8/10)8例判定为宫角妊娠的孕妇中有6例确诊，剩余2例为误诊(属于间质部妊娠)，确诊率为66.7%(6/9)。结论 在孕早期通过阴道超声鉴别诊断间质部妊娠和宫角妊娠的的确诊率较高，可作为诊断参考。

    【Abstract 】 objective to analysis in the early stages of pregnancy through vaginal ultrasound diagnosis interstitium between gestation and the significance of the Angle pregnancy.
