耒阳市氟病区儿童摄氟主要途径调查分析(1)

     【摘要】目的 探讨耒阳市氟病区人体摄氟的主要途径及其与氟斑牙发病的关系,为制定科学的防治措施提供依据。方法 用氟离子选择电极法分别对耒阳市氟病区导子村与非病区大和村30户家庭生活饮用水、主要食物及空气中氟含量进行测定;采用自行设计的问卷对两村各300名8~12岁的小学生进行农村日常生活中氟摄入量进行调查;运用SPSS13.0进行统计分析。结果 导子村与大和村摄入氟途径分别是,食物摄入:构成比是82.6%、85.3%;饮水摄入:构成比是11.6%、10.4%;空气摄入:构成比分别是5.8%、4.3%。人均总摄氟量之间差异有统计学意义(t=4.0967,p<0.05)。主要食品大米,红薯,辣椒等摄氟量的比较:导子村与大和村有统计学意义(p值均<0.05)。导子村与大和村的氟斑牙患病率分别为80.4%、33.3%,导子村与大和村氟斑牙的患病率有统计学意义,x2=44.76,p<0.01.结论 耒阳市氟病区摄氟途径主要是通过食物吸收。食物尤其是大米、玉米、辣椒中氟含量比较高,应采取相应措施使之减少到对人体无害范围内。

    Investigation and analysis of the main way of fluoride intake for children in dental fluorosis area of LeiYang

    【Abstract】Objective To investigate the main way of fluoride intake for people in fluorosis area of LeiYang and its relationship with the onset of dental fluorosis. Thus provide some strategic suggestions for preventing and controlling the endemic fluorosis in LeiYang. Methods Using the fluoride ion selective electrode method, the fluoride content in the drinking water, main food, and air of 30 families from Daozi Village (fluorosis area) and Dahe Village (non-fluorosis area) in LeiYang was measured respectively. The fluoride intake content during daily rural life of 300 primary school students aged between 8 ~12 from each village was investigated with self designed questionnaires. The results were analyzed statistically using SPSS13.0. Results The way of fluoride intake in Daozi Village and Dahe Village are: intake via food: 82.6% and 85.3% in proportion; intake via drinking water: 11.6% and10.4% in proportion; intake via air: 5.8% and 4.3% in proportion.
