卢湾区中学生心理健康状况的调查分析及干预

     摘要:目的了解中学生心理健康状况,采取早期干预措施。方法对卢湾区重点中学二所,初中二个班级、高中三个班级;转制中学二所,初中四个班级,高中二个班级;普通中学一所,初中一个班级,共587人,男281人,女306人,分班分组统一由心理老师和班主任用康奈尔健康问卷筛选,然后进行症状自评量表(SCL-90)测评。结果经康奈尔健康问卷筛选后有问题的学生68人,再用SCL-90测试,有46人不同程度的因子分偏高,轻度偏高有17人,中度偏高有20人、重度偏高有9人。结论中学生当中有一定的心理问题,应给予关注。

    A survey on mental health and interventionin middle school students In Luwan District

    【Abstract】Objective: To understand the mental health of middle school students to take early intervention measures. Methods: In Luwan District, there were two key middle schools, including two junior classes and three high school classes, two conversion secondary schools, including four junior classes and two high school classes and a general secondary school, including one junior class, took part in this study. A total of 587 people, including 281 males and 306 females, had been unify grouping and screening by mental teacher and teacher in charge of a class with Cornell Health Questionnaire, and then proceed to Symptom Checklist (SCL-90) evaluation.Results: After bolting by Cornell Health Questionnaire, 68 students who had problems were tested by SCL-90. There were 46 students got different levels of factor scores of high, including 17 students with mild high, 20 students with moderate high, 9 students with severe high. Conclusions: Middle school students have some psychological problems. They should be given attention more.

    近年来人们对学生心理健康越来越关注,也有很多这方面的报道,许多研究都报告有5~30%的青少年存在不同程度的心理问题[1-2]。青少年的社会环境和生理年龄的特殊性,决定了学生时期是人生发展的过度时期,也是健全人格形成的关键时期,所以,我们要重视中学生心理健康,去帮助他们解决成长中遇到的心理问题。本文在做这方面的调查并对因子分重度偏高的学生进行心理干预。

    1 对象与方法

    1.1 对象 部分学校学生578人经康奈尔健康问卷测试M-R总分≥15分或总分≥35分的男女学生68人为调查对象,有效问卷68份占调查人数的100%。其中初二44人占64.70%,高二24人占35.29%,女性32人占47.05%,男性36人占52.94%。

    1.2方法分班分组有统一心理老师和班主任督促测评,筛选后再组织有问题的重测SCL–90,将SCL–90量表交上海市精神卫生中心心理测试室完成,资料归纳成文,提交专家组讨论审评 ......
