[摘要] 人工关节深部感染是人工全髋关节置换术后严重并发症之一。它延长治疗进程,增加医疗开支,降低治疗效果。目前还没有统一的THA术后感染的诊断及治疗标准,临床治疗缺乏规范化得治疗方案。本文综合国内外文献报道试综述THA术后感染的诊断及治疗。

    [Abstract] Deep prosthesis infection after total hip replacement is one of severe complications. It extend the treatment process, increased the medical expenses, reduced therapeutic effect. Thereis currently no uniform diagnosis and treatment of infection after THA. Standardized treatment programs is lacked for the clinical treatment.     感染作为人工全髋关节置换术(THA)后重要并发症之一,在处理上棘手,后果极为严重,由于近年来假体材料骨水泥技术有明显的进步,假体术后感染发生率有明显下降,但同时由于现代生活的需要,假体置换的数量也显著增加,从而由于手术的不规范以及耐药菌种的增加和理疗的滥用,使得感染有上升趋势 ......
