[摘要]目的 探讨经颅多普勒( TCD)超声结合临床特征筛选烟雾病的重要临床意义。方法 先采用TCD 筛选出疑似患者, 经数字减影血管造影(DSA) 或磁共振血管造影(MRA) 进一步检查。结果 2007 年6月至2009 年10月TCD检出可疑烟雾病患者20例,其中10 例经DSA 或MRA 证实。结论 TCD 结合临床特征是筛选烟雾病的有效方法。

    To Filter 10 Patients with Moyamoya Disease under the Combination

    [Abstract] Objective:To investigate the important clinical significance of filtering Patients with Moyamoya Disease under the combination of TCD and clinical features. Method:To filter out the suspected patients with TCD at first,then have a further observation to them with DSA orMRA. Result: There were 20 suspected patients with Moyamoya Disease detected using TCD from June 2007 to October 2009,and 10 cases were confirmed by DSA or MRA among them. Conclusion:It is a effective way to filter Moyamoya Disease using TCD combined with clinical features. ......
