[摘要]目的功能性鼻内窥镜手术 的围手术期护理。方法 对180例患慢性鼻窦炎行鼻窦内镜手术的患者进行心理护理,术前准备、术后术腔换药、鼻腔冲洗、出院指导等多个环节,进行观察和护理。结果 治愈143例,好转37例,疗效满意。结论功能性鼻内窥镜手术的围手术期护理是提高手术治愈率的重要环节,系统的护理和手术同等重要。
