[摘要]目的分析总结手术治疗腰椎间盘突出症过程中的护理要点。方法 回顾2005年2月～2010年4月行后路椎间盘镜髓核摘除术、半椎板切除髓核摘除、椎板间开窗髓核摘除术或全椎板切除髓核摘除加椎间植骨椎弓根内固定术等术后患者的护理体会。结果 观察组发生术后并发症1例,占0.7%(1/152);对照组发生术后并发症5例,占4.0%(5/124),两组术后并发症比较差异明显(P<0.05),具有统计学意义。结论 通过系统的专科护理能够减轻腰椎间盘突出症病人术后并发症的发生率,缩短病程,提高预后。

    [Abstract]ObjectiveTo analyze the surgical treatment of lumbar disc herniation in the process of care elements. MethodsIn February 2005 ~ April 2010 posterior discectomy discectomy, semi laminectomy, fenestration discectomy or total laminectomy interbody pedicle bone graft and internal fixation such as nursing care of patients after. ResultsGroup 1 case of postoperative complication, accounting for 0.7% (1 / 152); control group, postoperative complications occurred in 5 cases, 4.0% (5 / 124), postoperative complications between the two groups was significant ( P <0.05), with statistical significance.
