超声筛查系统在婴幼儿髋关节发育异常早期诊断与干预中的应用价值(1)

     [摘要]目的通过超声筛查系统的建立与管理,探讨筛查系统在婴幼儿髋关节发育异常早期诊断与干预中的应用价值。方法取我市新生儿2008年10月~2009年10月出生1月龄至6月龄5652 例婴幼儿接受超声波筛查系统髋关节检查, 其中男2685人(47.51%),女2967人(52.49%)。由我院儿骨科与市儿保所及社区妇幼保健站针对本地区婴幼儿髋关节发育不良建立起了三级筛查干预体系。对本组婴幼儿进行筛查。结果72例被诊断为DDH(1.27%,72/5652),其中髋关节发育不良36例,占0.64%(36/5652),髋关节半脱位25例,占0.44%(25/5652),髋关节全脱位11例,占0.19%(11/5652)。126例髋关节发育不成熟病例中,男54例(42.86%),女例69(57.14.0%)。97例接受了超声波重复观察。其中54例小于6个月的婴儿在随访中超声波指标转为正常。结论超声筛查系统的建立,运用三级体系多种方法,对不同年龄段的婴幼儿进行重复筛查,降低漏诊率,早期诊断、早期干预具有非常重要的临床意义。为最终提高DDH整体治疗水平创造积极和有利的条件。

    [Abstract]ObjectiveInvestigate the application value of early diagnosisand intervention of hip dysplasia inUltrasound screening system ofinfants and young childrenthrough the establishment and management of screening system. To establish three-tier intervention system to hip dysplasia of infants and young children in the region by child surgery of our hospital ,Child Health agency and community MCH stations,and to the screening of infants in this group. Results 72 patients were diagnosed with DDH (1.27%, 72/5652), 36 cases of whichis hip dysplasia, accounting for 0.64% (36/5652); 25 cases is hip subluxation of joint ,accounting for 0.44% (25/5652), 11 cases is hip joint dislocation, accounting for 0.19% (11/5652).
